Refund Notice
All course purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds after a course has been purchased.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. NO REFUND POLICY
Once a course is purchased and access is granted, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, inability to access course content, dissatisfaction with course content, or technical issues on the student's end.
2. EXCEPTIONS
A full refund will be issued only in the following cases: (a) Duplicate payment - where the same course has been charged more than once due to a technical error. (b) Technical failure on our platform - where course content is completely inaccessible due to a server-side error and the issue cannot be resolved within 7 working days. To request a refund under these exceptions, email us at themillionairesclub@gmail.com with your order details within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
3. COURSE ACCESS
Course access is provided for the validity period stated at the time of purchase (3 months). Access will expire after this period regardless of usage.
4. GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.
